How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, ideally three to six months ahead, to secure your preferred date and services.
How many guests can a hall take?
Each hall is best suited to 100 to 120 seated guests in a customised arrangement, and takes up to 150 on request. Kahika Bistro takes up to 50. The three floors are interconnected, so larger events can take two or all three halls.
What payment options do you accept?
Bank transfer, cheque and cash. If your event includes services from Kahika Bistro, you can also pay by card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the type and timing of the event. Please contact us to discuss them.
